Dragon’s Breath Crafting Recipe – Minimal Datapack for Minecraft 1.21.1

This lightweight datapack was created for NeoForge worlds running Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.1. Its sole purpose is to introduce a single, carefully designed shaped crafting recipe that lets players obtain Dragon’s Breath without having to fight the Ender Dragon every time.

In vanilla Minecraft, Dragon’s Breath is only obtainable by scooping the lingering purple clouds left behind by the Ender Dragon’s breath attack. That process is inconvenient, especially for players who need larger quantities for lingering potions, custom recipes, or decorative builds. This datapack solves that problem by adding one elegant 3×3 crafting recipe:

Nether Star  | End Crystal  | Nether Star
Ghast Tear   | Glass Bottle  | Ghast Tear

Placing these items in the exact pattern shown above yields exactly 2 Dragon’s Breath.

What this datapack does
