What does this datapack do?
Fixes an issue where the Minecraft Brush can disappear when used on Cobblemon Pokémon while Enchancement is installed.
The datapack makes the Brush retain its normal durability behavior and automatically repairs it when its durability gets low (08/64).

- Prevents the Brush from disappearing.
- Preserves normal Brush durability.
- Automatically repairs the Brush at low durability.
- Designed for Minecraft 1.21.1.
