With mods like Tough As Nails, Hardcore Darkness, Reasonable Realism and Epic Siege Mod, the world has become far more dangerous and unforgiving as it ever was. Mobs try everything to get and kill you, so be prepared at all times! Sustenance is crucial.
Manage your health, hunger and thirst to maintain yourself, it’s a dark world out there…
