• Scyther (while holding Metal Coat) → Scizor
• Electabuzz (while holding Electirizer) → Electivire
• Magmar (while holding Magmarizer) → Magmortar
• Porygon (while holding Upgrade) → Porygon2
• Porygon2 (while holding Dubious Disc) → Porygon-Z
