Weapons of banishment

Adds weapons capable of more than just killing to your world. High capacity for griefing and trolling, use on public servers at your own peril.

Adds the _blade of binding_ to the game. When used in combat, upon dropping an entity to 1 or 0 hit points it restores them to 1 heart and locks them in place with the bound effect for 60 seconds

content coming in 0.3.0: arrow of entombment

content coming hopefully by 1.0.0: more weapons, including one capable of “demibanning” players by locking them in spectator mode or a Tartarus-esc dimention
