Anti crystal/anchor damage

This mod makes anchor and end crystal explosions do no damage. This mod is intended as a simpler alternative to other anti explosion damage mods that doesn’t have any dependencies or mixins, making it fully compatible with any other mod so that server owners can combat crystal pvp without excessive server load and incompatibility issues.
