Foxes!

I added new foxes to Minecraft! Currently the mod includes 1 new fox type, the fennec fox! There are different biome variants. Currently the 4 in the mod are the normal (found in deserts), red (found in taiga), silver (found in dark forest), and arctic fox (found in snowy taiga).

This mod also includes a Kitsune! You can find them in the Jungle.

With the foxes it includes some new items, mainly the fox treats, made with either vegetables or meat. It also includes Fox/Kitsune daggers, made using the drops from a fox. Please don’t actually hurt foxes.

There is also a new status effect, bleeding. When hit with a Fox/Kitsune dagger, you get the bleeding effect for a few seconds. It causes you to take damage over time like poison or wither.
