Dammit Zeus

Adds gamerules to allow you to control lightning based effects. Also, a couple fun new features

Gamerules:

All gamerules are set to match vanilla behavior by default

• lightningConvertsVillagers (default true) – Lightning converts Villagers to Witches
• lightningConvertsPigs (default true) – Lightning converts Pigs to Zombified Piglins
• lightningConvertsMooshrooms (default true) – Lightning converts Mooshrooms from Red to Brown, and vice versa
• lightningConvertsGuardians (default false) – Lightning converts Guardians to Elder Guardians
• lightningChargesCreepers (default true) – When Creepers are struck by lightning, they become charged
• lightningDamage (default true) – Entities take damage when struct by lightning
• lightningFire (default true) – Lightning sets nearby blocks on fire
• lightningGrowsSlimes (default false) – When struck, slimes are grown to epic proportion
• lightningSlimeSize (default 12) – Size that slimes are set to after beings struck by lightning
• lightningClearsOxidation (default true) – When struck, copper blocks are cleared of oxidation.
