Adds Minecraft alpha-style snow worlds to beta 1.7.3. Every overworld biome now snows and it never stops. Snowflakes set to 50% to increase visibility (will make configurable once I find out how).
WARNING: If using on an existing world, any chunks that get loaded will get snow’d on. Travel away from builds you dont want to be covered with snow and ice before enabling the mod.
