Tidal Lock

A data pack that turns the Overworld into a tidally-locked planet.

Features:

• Only a 3000-block-wide sliver of land along the Z axis is habitable
• The time of day never changes
• At 0 blocks on the X axis, biomes are temperate; towards positive X they get warmer, and towards negative X they get colder
• At 1500 blocks on the X axis, the Fiery Wastes biome is the only biome that will generate
• Here, it’s always noon, the ground is made of Magma Blocks, water evaporates, there are no oceans, and you’ll take fire damage over time
• At -1500 blocks on the X axis, the Frozen Wastes biome is the only biome that will generate
• Here, it’s always midnight, the ground is made of Blue Ice, water freezes, oceans are made of Packed Ice, and you’ll take freeze damage over time
