This is a cool datapack that makes so you get whatever block you stand on. Doesn't take effect on some blocks like Leaves.

Introducing Block Stepper! It’s a minecraft datapack to be put on a server/singleplayer that will give you the blocks you stand on! Extremely overpowered wow!!! (and its stackable)
BTW I made this myself and no I didn’t steal someone else’s artwork
Its pretty simple!
Note:
This may not work on some blocks, no idea why. Some examples are given below:
Leaves, Saplings, Leaf litter, Bells.

Block Stepper 怎么安装？
新建世界时在「数据包」里把下载的 .zip 拖进去；已有的存档，把文件放进存档目录下的 datapacks 文件夹，进游戏输入 /reload 即可生效。服务器同样放在世界目录的 datapacks 里。
