Killstreak Sword

A diamond sword that grows stronger with every kill. No mods required — just drop in and play.

How It Works:

• Each mob or player kill increases the sword’s damage by +0.5 hearts

• Damage caps at +20 bonus damage (40 kills total)

• Kill count is per sword — not per player

• Works in Survival and Multiplayer

Installation:

1. Download the .zip file

1. Place it in your world’s datapacks folder

1. Run /reload in game

1. Type /function killstreak:give_sword

1. Start killing — watch it grow!

Commands:

/function killstreak:give_sword — Get the sword

/scoreboard players get @s killstreak_kills — Check your kill count

Compatibility:

Minecraft Java Edition 1.20.x

Works with Vanilla, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge (no mod required)
