A datapack that re-adds goats to the Windswept Hills (formerly 'Mountians') biome

This datapack is best used with the Global Packs mod.
The datapack will allow Goats to spawn in the Windswept Hills (formerly known as ‘Mountians’) biomes like they did as a placeholder in 1.17. If playing with the Moderner Beta mod, it will allow you to get Goats on any worldgen type with the ability to spawn the Windswept Hills Biome
