Command blokc fix for falcon’s wither storm core

Have you ever crafted the Command Block in CWSM Adventure only to receive the vanilla Minecraft Command Block, which can’t be placed in Survival? This can prevent players from progressing with the Wither Storm.

This datapack solves that problem by changing only the output of the original recipe.
