What sounds like a simple investigation quickly turns into a nightmare.

You are sent into a mysterious world filled with dangerous creatures, unexplained noises, and horrifying encounters. Armed with a camera, you must track down monsters, photograph them, and collect enough evidence to complete your assignment.

But there’s one thing you should never forget…

You’re not the only one watching.

📷 YOUR MISSION — CAPTURE THE UNKNOWN

Investigate 14 different monster targets and capture photographic evidence of their existence.

Using a  camera, you can take real photographs directly inside your Minecraft world. Every successfully documented creature brings you closer to completing your investigation.

Through your Mission Radio, a mysterious operator will guide you, comment on your discoveries, and gradually reveal more about your assignment.

You will also encounter story characters with their own dialogues, secrets, and unsettling experiences.

Some creatures hide deep underground, others wander through dark forests, and some may appear when you least expect them.

Every monster has its own behavior. You must decide when to approach, when to take your photograph, and most importantly, when to run.

Your first assignment is to prove they exist—and survive to tell the story.

📋 THE NOTICE BOARD — KEEP TRACK OF YOUR INVESTIGATION

Craft your Notice Board, place it in your world, and use it as the central location for your investigation.

Here you can:

• 📸 Display and organize your collected photographs.
• 👁️ View the monsters you need to investigate.
• ✅ Track which creatures you’ve already documented.
• 📖 Read information and clues about your targets.
• ❓ Examine mysterious silhouettes of the creatures.
• 📡 Unlock your helicopter evacuation mission.

Attach your evidence to the board to register your progress. Simply carrying photographs in your inventory is not enough!

🌑 A WORLD FILLED WITH NIGHTMARES

Venture into dark caves, travel through mysterious forests, explore unfamiliar structures, and search for creatures that should never have existed.

You might hear something moving behind you.

You might notice a strange figure standing between the trees.

Or you might suddenly realize that something has been following you for a very long time.

The modpack combines exploration, survival, story encounters, and terrifying monsters to create a world where you never know what might happen next.

🎮 CHOOSE YOUR CHALLENGE

Your selected difficulty determines how much evidence you need to unlock the evacuation mission.

🟢 NORMAL MODE

Photograph 8 different monsters out of the 14 available targets.

A more accessible experience for players who want to explore the horror without having to document every creature.

🔴 HARD MODE

Photograph all 14 monster targets.

Every required creature must be discovered and documented before the evacuation mission can begin.

👥 PLAY WITH FRIENDS — ESSENTIAL MULTIPLAYER

Experience the nightmare together through Essential!

Invite your friends into your world, explore dangerous locations, and work as a team to collect the evidence.

Your world keeps the host’s selected difficulty:

• 🟢 Normal: Photograph 8 different monster targets.
• 🔴 Hard: Photograph all 14 monster targets.

But remember: more players doesn’t necessarily mean more safety.

🚁 THE EVACUATION MISSION — TIME TO ESCAPE

Once you’ve collected and submitted enough evidence, unlock the evacuation mission through your Notice Board and receive your GPS Signal Device.

Right-click the GPS to transmit your location and begin the countdown.

⏱️ SURVIVE FOR 90 SECONDS.

Stay alive and remain beneath an open sky so the helicopter can locate you.

But your signal doesn’t only attract your rescuers…

A mysterious entity known as The Disruptor is becoming aware of your presence.

You may have survived the other monsters, but your evacuation is far from guaranteed.
