silly lastlife remake

commands for admins:

• /function life:setup (sets-up everything)
• /function life:reset (starts season and rolls lives)
• /function life:boogeyman/boogeyman5 (rolls boogeyman in 5 minutes)
• /function life:boogeyman/boogeyfail (fails the boogeymen selected, used for ending the session)
• /scoreboard players set/add/remove Lives (sets the lives of a player)
• /scoreboard players set/add Kills (adds or sets a kill for a player, used if the boogeyman didnt get cured properly)
• /function life:numboogey (shows the number of boogeymen left in chat for everyone)

commands for players:

• /trigger lives (see how many lives you have left)
• /trigger GiveLife (give a life to the nearest person)
