Initial Burst: Massive ominous sound, ender dragon growl, and a violent burst of blue portal particles.

Lethal Mistake: Consume this and immediately regret it. Triggers a barrage of deadly effects (Wither, Poison, Blindness, Nausea), a terrifying soundscape, and guarantees a swift, painful death.
