Adds the “Golden Head” item common in the PvP community, along with its crafting recipe and player head drops.

- Player Head Drops: Players drop their skull upon death.
- Golden Head Crafting: Surround a Player Head with 8 Gold Ingots to craft a Golden Head.
- PvP-Balanced Effects:
- Regeneration III (5 Seconds)
- Absorption II (2 Minutes)
