Rave’s Resmithed Mangrove

It’s Pretty Self-Evident!

Rave’s Resmithed Mangrove is a Resource Pack for Minecraft that changes the color palette of Mangrove Logs, Planks, Signs, Boats, and Items to a dark red hue, to more closely resemble the side texture of Smithing Tables.

Why Though?

Well, my buddy Dylan said that Mangrove Planks are kinda ugly, but also: Minecraft contains many functional (and non-functional) workstations that closely resemble, or directly draw from, in-game plank palettes. Notably: Crafting Tables resemble Oak, Cartography Tables resemble Dark Oak, Barrels resemble Spruce, and Fletching Tables resemble Birch. This pack is a simple extension of that idea, while also providing a (hopefully) flattering alternative to Mangrove’s weird shade of occasionally-orange-splotched-dull-pink.

Made for 26.3+

This pack will break with versions that still use entity textures for signs. If enough people ask, I might make a version compatible for older versions.
