He’s always there…
The narrator is omnipotent. You can’t silence him. You can’t hide. He’s there before text rendering loads, so you’ll get some funny boxes when launching Minecraft. You might be able to find a workaround that I just thought of, but we’re gonna ignore that part.

Modpacks: You can add this to your modpack as long as it’s still hosted on Modrinth. (but only if you’re evil)
Ports: Make an issue on GitHub to request a version port. I won’t port loaders.

Omnipotent Narrator 怎么安装？
先用 PCL2 或 HMCL 启动器安装对应版本的 Fabric，再把下载的 .jar 文件放进游戏目录的 mods 文件夹，重新启动游戏即可。开启了版本隔离的，mods 文件夹在 versions/版本名 下面。运行环境：仅客户端。
