Fencers & Craft

Fence, wager and win.

Fencers and Craft is a complex overhaul to minecraft’s combat system based on roblox game Fencers and Co, featuring a unique system based on chips and wagering.

Chips

Rather than regular health, players have chipsets, each hit will deal one chip typically, upon losing 5 your chipset will be reset and you will take 5 hearts of damage, natural regeneration is diabled.

Stun, stagger and i-frames.

These are the core fundementals of the system, the main 3 traits that keep it fair.
Stun : Unable to move.
Stagger : Unable to use moves.
I-frames : Unable to take damage.

Combat and Styles

Styles in F&Craft are unique playstyles with different movesets, currently there is one in the base pack. Each style has 3 moves, your basic melee, foward + melee and back + melee.

Duelist : 
A well balanced style with no gimmicks, good at closing the gap.
M1 : Jab - A quick jab. 1.5s cooldown.
W + M1 : Lunge - A quick lunge foward. 3s cooldown.
S + M1 : Backstep - Step backwards before lunging fowards with great strength. 4s cooldown.

Alongside their moves, all fencers can dash by tapping sprint + any direction, this allows them to quickly redirect their momentum with a 2s cooldown. They can also block attacks by holding right click, which will be disabled for 12s on hit.

Wagering

Wagering is preformed by tapping space + any direction, it grants you buffs in exchange for wagering chips, all wagered chips are destroyed on hit. All special chips have a pair bonus, and an all in bonus for 5 of the same chip.

Agility : 
Increases dash length per tier.
Pair : Able to store up to one extra dash.
All In : All movement based attacks make you invisible.

Customisability

To customise your game run /function fencing:config, which will open a config that allows you to disable and enable certain things. To toggle clientsided visual hitboxes, press F3+B.
To summon dummies for testing run /function fencing:dummies/jab_dummy_summon
