Ash’s Better Netherrack

NOTICE: I have explicit permission from the original texture’s creator to upload this.
i plan to add the original texture’s creator as a contributor. they are extremely busy, so responses are late. i will change the description accordingly when the time comes.

This pack overhauls netherrack to be an inbetween of the programmer art and jappa netherrack. I was given permission by the original creator to finish their project and fix it up, as well as upload it to modrinth. more supported mods are coming soon.
