Mass of Nutrition

Mass of Nutrition adds over 300 (over 530 if including recipes, recipe types and other) new foods, blocks, plants and ingredients to Minecraft. And it’s very optimized, mod’s size is only 1.2 MB.

This mod expands survival gameplay by introducing various food items such as sushi and other custom recipes. Also, added advanced nutrition system, with protein, carbs, fiber, fats, vitamins, minerals, hydration and calories. Every food item adds different amount of nutrition points. Nutrition decreasing is not too agressive, so it’s not very hard to play, and you can control the speed by gamerule.

Content includes:

• New foods and ingredients;
• New naturally generating plants and blocks;
• New villager trades;
• Simple crafting, and in some functional blocks recipes;
• Functional blocks;
• Advanced system of nutrition;

The mod is designed to enhance survival gameplay, expand cooking options and bring more realistic nutrition to the game. It can be used in survival worlds or modpacks to add more content variety.

All content is created using MCreator 2026.1 / MCrator 2026.2. Texture maker: IvanTheInsane (planet minecraft).

This isn’t an addon for Farmer’s Delight — it’s not recommended to use both mods at the same time.

Mini wiki + what’s planning:

1. You can see your nutrition stats by pressing N;
2. You must eat different foods to survive or don’t get debuffs;
3. There are naturally generating plants and plants doubler for now;
4. The goal is to get all of foods in this mod. Good luck getting all of them;
5. Most of recipes are in crafting table (I will make them more real soon. The next update will rework them);
6. I will add over 500 foods in the future updates;
7. You can control nutrition decreasing speed by a gamerule nutritionDecreaseSpeed, by default it’s 10;
8. I’m going to add crops, trees, cutting board, frying pan, cooking pot, new types of meat (from vanilla mobs), even more new plants and a lot of other foods. Maybe even new mobs. Translations after adding all foods, crops and all planning;
9. I’m not porting the mod to 26.1.2 on fourth number updates (little changes, adding 1 item or fixes, like 2.0.0.0 – 2.0.0.1)
