What does the mod add? (Key Features)

PSYCHOSIS (not just “crazy”): Your main enemy is your own perception. The mod affects your in-game state, making you question reality. This isn’t just about sounds; it’s a game of sanity.

Unique Creatures: 4-5 types of aggressive (and not-so-aggressive) entities. They don’t just attack; they behave differently than standard mobs. Forget predictable jumps from the darkness.

Interactive Objects & Secrets: The world is scattered with deceptive blocks. For example, a block with a smiling face. Tip: Never break it. But if you decide to, remember—it has 100 durability points, so the process will be as agonizing as its consequences.
